What are the products made from?
The hubs and elbows are made of a nylon and glass mix. The legs are rigid PVC, made to Australian Standards.

All components are made for purpose, that is to use and reuse in the garden over many many years, we still have frames from the initial manufacturing run being used in our garden and they have years left in them. However, if you ever finish with them, they can be recycled.

Are the product UV stabilised?
Yes.

What’s the warranty?
All items are covered by Australian Consumer Law, so that is they are all fit for purpose.

All items are made to Australian standards and materials are long lasting and UV protected.

How much do your products cost?

What shipping method do you use?
We use Australia Post to ship the products throughout Australia.

What is the size of a frame?
The general size of each frame can be seen with the product in the store. For the kits, you can make up many different size and shapes to fit your needs.

The size of every frame can be adjusted somewhat as Legs can swivel on the elbows, so you can swing the legs to make the frame wider or narrower, longer or shorter. For example, the Tall Mini can sit in a garden bed that is between 800mm and 1500mm wide and 1600mm and 3000mm long at between 1500mm – 1800 tall.

When you run a string line through the holes in the legs, the firmer you pull that the taller and narrower the framer becomes. There is room to adjust frames to fit your garden bed.

I’ve got a weird/large/unusual garden bed/tree. Can you suggest or bespoke an option for me?
Being a modular frame, in theory you should be able to make any size and shaped frame you need. We have only tried a few hundred but are sure there are many more.

Do you have a phone number?
We do! But we ask that you email us first: support@flexigardenframes.com.au

Are your products available in shops?
Predominantly our products are only available via our website at www.flexigardenframes.com.au

Do you sell netting, string or shade cloth?
We do sell netting and net clamps. String comes with selected products along with threading bodkins.

What do you use to thread through the legs?
You can use any string or fine wire you like, but we often use Ryset ‘Softy Ties’ as they stretch easily and hold the structures together beautifully! Using a threading bodkin makes this job easy.

The string line also creates the perfect climbing frame for your plants.
Once the string line is on, it also creates a barrier so that protective netting does not flop in between the legs.
